Feature

A multi-point inspection checklist

An 18-point routine guides the inspection. Mark each item with one tap and the customer gets a clear summary of what passed and what needs attention.

One tap per point

Passed, soon, or failed, nothing to type.

Becomes a recommendation

Soon or failed drop straight into the priced quote.

Alongside the video

The checklist rides on the same video inspection.

A standard 18-point routine

Chiarvo ships a ready, bilingual multi-point inspection covering brakes, tires, suspension, fluids, and more. The mechanic follows the routine at the bay and never skips an important point, which standardizes the inspection across cars and across mechanics.

Passed, soon, or failed

Each point is marked with one tap. "Passed" becomes a green approved item with no price. "Soon" and "failed" become priced recommendations with a priority, ready for the quote. No rework: marking again updates the item instead of duplicating it.

The customer sees what passed

On the customer screen, everything that passed is grouped in a green "approved on inspection" section. They can see the car was checked in full, not just the problem items. That builds trust and justifies the work.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit the checklist points?
For now the 18-point routine is the Chiarvo standard. Per-shop editing is on our product roadmap and is guided by feedback from shops using it.
Do checklist items go into the quote?
Points marked "soon" or "failed" become priced recommendations. The ones that passed stay as approved items, at no cost.
Does the checklist replace the video?
No. It rides on the same inspection: the video shows, the checklist organizes, and the customer sees both on one link.
